POLICIES
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
A notice of 24 hours is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment if you want to avoid a fee of half your appointment
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT
A no-show will result in a fee of the full cost of the appointment
LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive at your appointment five minutes early for consultation. In the even of your late arrival, your session will be shortened accordingly, and a full-service fee will still apply. Please be respectful of mine, yours, and other clients’ time.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Massage therapy is a useful tool for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Professional therapy never includes sexual contact between a therapist and a client. Inappropriate sexual suggestions or any other kind of sexual behavior will result in the immediate termination of your appointment. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your appointment, and you will be refused any services in the future.
